period pain
serius sakit sangat2...
semalam memang terguling2 sajer..
tak dapat nak tido lena sangat pon...
akibatnya, terbangun waktu tengahari. nasib baik mak tak marah (tapi perli2 itu tetap ada la..) pastu terus gedebush2 mandi.
lepas mandi, terbaring sajork atas sofa n mengerang sakit...adoi...
n paling tak bole blah, entah kenapa saja ambik gamba guna hp, lepastu tiba2 nangis sebab muka kat kamera adelah sangat buruk....
susah kan jadi orang pompan nih?
tak selera sangat pon nak makan..tapi akhirnya mee hun goreng sepinggan kecik n kuey tiaw goreng habis gak.
hahaha
tuam dengan botol air panas..bole la reda skit...
tapi orang cakap nanti kalo da kawen, segala period pain ni nanti da takde ek? betul ke?

laptop rosak
tahniah buat diri aku sendiri.

dan hari ini, LCD laptop aku telah pon jahanam. (sebelum ni pon memang selalu kuar white screen aje)
ni pon pinjam laptop angah secara curik untuk menghapdate belog.

as u guys know, kalau aku marah, aku akan makan. nasib baik disiplin dengan herbalife ni tak membuatkan aku rasa macam nak makan sangat. tapi bila aku tak makan, aku akan hempas barang. dan laptop telah pon menjadi salah satu mangsanya. aku taknak lepasni aku hempas hp (dah selalu buat pon), hempas frame gambar (kalau yang ada kaca tu memang lagi sedap la aku nak menghempas, bunyi pranggg! prunggg! prenggg! merupakan satu irama indah bagi aku), sepahkan barang make up, kombah baju, hempas pintu bilik, hempas pinggan mangkuk, termasuklah driving sambil ter-meng-eksidenkan diri (nauzubilah). i know this is really not good.
p/s: saya bakal period kot. pre-menstrual-syndrome?

tapi saya masih lagi rasa kenyang sampai sekarang..kalo lapa, makan buah epal..exersice? harini saya banyak panjat tangga ofis emak saya, hantar resume dan juga pegi post office, pos selendang, cari parking jauh gile beb, kuar gak ape peloh..huhu hakikatnye aku malas jugak nak exersice..huahuahua

harini saya makan banyak..banyak sangatttt!
oh no! bila dah balik rumah memang macam ni la jadinya.
harini je saye dah bedal banyak makanan. cheis. tak sampai hati nak biarkan makanan terbiar saje. penat emak masak.

banyak gak aku makan hari ni. ni dah kira kes berat nih. sebab takde buah apa2 kat umah ni. tensi betul aku. plus, harini memang bengang sket, dan bila marah je mula la tu kan rasa nak makan je.
ok pasni nak workout sket. jenjalan attend wedding kat FRIM tadi tu pon aku sempat berjogging sket dengan heels. haha gilo. ada la dalam 15 minit berjalan.
300 jumps ingat nak buat lebih lagi. haih haih gigih. skarang i dah ada supporter yang remind kan i minum air 3 liter. i lap u bebeh...!

jumping rope~
sape ada tali skipping kat umah? i do have one. my mom bought it for me to encourage me a bit. hehehe. mine was purple color.
here are some info about jumping rope. i did this exersice everytime i don't sweat on that day. selalunya kalo gi class, jalan kaki jauh with high heels, i dont really exersice la. tapi kalo kat rumah, kalo tak kuarkan peloh, i do feel something is not right. body kite takleh manje2 sangat. nanti gumuk......!
few things that u need to know about jumping rope~ yeah i know, boring article again. but hey, i'm in my weight loss program skarang ni. i need to be motivated okehh..support me laaa~
1. Not as Difficult as it Looks
Ease your body into jumping rope before trying the fancy gyrations and spectacular moves performed by freestyle jump ropers worldwide. When you start a jumping rope program, doing less is better for your body. You don't want to overdo it because you can strain your muscles and loose interest in a rather easy exercise. Instead, jump for less than five minutes until you feel comfortable with that time. Then, add one minute at a time without overdoing it until you achieve a 20minute workout, giving you cardiovascular and fat burning results.
~masa mula2 mak beli tali skipping ni, terus je main bersungguh2..selalunya sampai 50 jumps je. tapi sikit demi skit dah naik untill now, 300 jumps. skang ni dah more than 300 jumps la. it took me about 20 minutes to exersice.
2. Mix It Up for Added Excitement
You may think jumping rope is dull or boring, but that's not necessarily true. Once you feel confident and comfortable skipping rope, you can add many moves and foot patterns to spice up your fitness routine. You can incorporate some basic moves, like alternating your left foot and right foot as you jump, doing crossovers and repetitive heel-toe jumping. Then add some high knee stepping, skipping fast then slow and even jumping rope forward to back instead of back to forward. If that's not enough to keep you engaged, switch on your favorite music or wear an iPod. If you're a stargazer or a romantic, skip rope under the stars while gazing at the moon. The ideas are endless to make a fantastic 20-minute workout that's far from dull.
~i do wear my hp and listen to da music..tapi selalunya workout depan tv and try ikut the rythms of da music~ hehe
3. Skip on the Road
Traveling with a jump rope in your suitcase makes exercising on the road simple and manageable. It's easy to schedule this kind of workout while you're on a busy trip as you need less than half an hour. Twenty minutes of skipping the rope (120 turns a minute) equals 60 minutes of jogging. Even with a full schedule of meetings or convention activities, you can easily find time for a 20 minute exercise routine. Go outside and skip rope by the hotel pool, in the hotel exercise room or in any open space.
~well, i kan pemalu nak kuar umah..so, i usually lompat2 kat dalam rumah jeee..huhu malu ah orang tengok nenen i gegar2 nanti...huhu~
4. Work out That Upper Body
Just because you jump with your legs doesn't mean the upper body isn't getting a workout. The constant turning of the jump rope during extended exercise works the arms, shoulders and upper back. So, all large muscle groups get a full workout. Exercising the larger muscles raises the body's metabolism and causes the body to burn more fat during and after exercising.
~tapi kalo tak buat stretch dulu memang sakit la keting ni..warm out dulu then baru start lompat2, bila dah berpeluh tu, memang rasa best sangat sebab kite tahu lemak2 kite dibakar dengan jayanya...huhu~
5. Jump to Better Coordination
A wonderful byproduct of jumping rope is that eye, hand and feet coordination takes a turn for the better while your overall fitness level soars. The repetition of all the muscles, endocrine system, heart and lungs working together develops the body into a synchronized system. It's hard to believe that such a simple workout helps your whole body become more agile and balanced, but it's true. This is one of the primary reasons boxers jump rope as part of their interval training. Sure, your stamina improves and reaction time quickens, but the rhythmic skipping also improves your overall performance on any athletic field or court.

well u guys, how was ur exersice? i don't really like the terms of exersice sebenarnya. bila sebut exersice je kan. automatically rasa malas tau. tapi bila kita dah nekad nak kuruskan badan, u will now how important to exersice. fahami body anda and u will know what is the best for u. so yang gemok2 out there, JANGAN MALAS BERSENAM. chewah.
bakar lemak2 yang korang makan tu! dah reti simpan lemak, tapi tak reti nak bakar lemak plak. haih. haih haih. emo lak nih. hehe marah kat diri sendiri. sebab suka main game depan laptop instead of drinking more water and do exersice~!
